WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Purdue defensive end Ryan Kerrigan and Boilermaker placekicker Carson Wiggs have been selected as the Big Ten Conference's Defensive Player of the Week and Special Teams Player of the Week, respectively.
Kerrigan had nine tackles, four for losses, three sacks, and two forced fumbles in the Boilers' 26-18 win over then-seventh-ranked Ohio State.
Wiggs booted four field field goals in the Boilermakers' big win, from 27, 32, 49, and 55 yards.
