LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - The McCutcheon vs. Brownsburg football game planned for this Friday has been moved to Saturday at noon.

Friday will be a day to celebrate the life of Tammie Beeker, wife of Principal John Beeker and the mother of Jack (senior football player), Julia (freshman), and Jade (5th grade).

“Tammie touched so many lives within the McCutcheon Community, Friday will be a day to reflect on all of our cherished memories and support a family that dedicates themselves to the McCutcheon Community,” said McCutcheon Athletic Director Ryan Walden.

Last season McCutcheon finished with a 2-8 record. The Mavericks will play two of their first three games at home before they face Harrison on the road in a week 4 match-up. McCutcheon has not had a winning season since the 2002 season.
