Martin's Moments November 11

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - This is the time of year when there aren't as many plays to choose from for Martin's Moments. The fall season is ending and the winter is just getting under way.
However, I was able to find two solid plays this week.
I selected Zach Shidler's desperate heave to Parker Fox as my number two play this week. Winamac was trailing in its game against Central Catholic. Shidler scrambled and kept the play alive as he launched the pass to Fox who had triple coverage on him. Somehow, Fox was able to make the catch for the first down.
I chose Whitney Jenning's for my number one spot this week. She made a still then quickly dribbled behind her back to avoid the defender as she took it the length of the court for two points. It was an impressive play but it was also an impressive win for Logansport as they blew out McCutcheon 79-35.
