WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - This week produced quite possibly the best play of the season! I seem to keep saying that I have seen the best this sports season has to offer and then I am proven wrong!

I chose Tyler Soligne's dunk at number three this week. He made a great cut to the hoop and threw down the two handed slam. I loved it!

However, the number two play this week showed him up! I had this play sent in to me. It came from a Purdue Intramural Sports Fraternity game. Hans Meixelsperger made a three-pointer from beyond half court as the buzzer sounded to give his team the dramatic 38-36 win!

Tre'Shon Heard stole number one this week though. This could be the play of the year! McCutcheon and Logansport were tied at 53-53 when Heard collected the defensive rebound and heaved a three the full length of the court and it went in as the buzzer sounded! McCutcheon won the game 56-53.
