Martin's Moments January 20

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - I am really happy with the three plays I selected for Martin's Moments this week!

I chose Quarin Hood's pass at number three. Hood did a 360 in air and tossed the ball off to Peter Ripke for three. I was impressed by Hood's hang time and poise to find Ripke.

It was a toss up for the top two plays this week. I decided to choose Tanner Pritts buzzer beater as the number two play this week. Pritts launched a shot from beyond half court against McCutcheon on Saturday and it went in right as the buzzer sounded. It was an incredible shot and could have been number one during most weeks this season.

However, Lucas Wallace's fourth quarter buzzer beater took the number one spot. In Lafayette Jeff's game against Anderson, Wallace drove the length of the court with 4.6 seconds to go in the fourth quarter. He pulled up and made a long jumper to tie the game and send it in to overtime. However, Jeff fell short to Anderson by five points in double overtime.
