Sims Named Rensselaer Coach

RENSSELAER, Ind. (WLFI) - Kevin Sims has been hired as the new boys head basketball coach at Rensselaer.

Sims, a Lafayette Jeff graduate who also was a student-athlete at Benton Central, is very familiar with the Rensselaer community. Sims was a basketball and baseball standout at Saint Joseph's College and is in the Pumas' Athletic Hall of Fame.

Sims takes over the Bombers' head coaching post for Mike Feagans.
