LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Central Catholic High School will be competing in a new athletic conference starting next year.
Athletic Director Tim Bordenet said the Knights have been accepted into the Hoosier Conference.
Starting next school year, Central Catholic will play some sports in its current conference, the Hoosier Heartland Conference, and some in its new conference, the Hoosier Conference. It will permanently move to the Hoosier Conference in 2011.
Bordenet said the Knights are excited to join the seven-school league, which includes West Lafayette, Benton Central, Delphi, Rensselaer, and Twin Lakes.
