Frontier, Delphi win at White County

CHALMERS, Ind. (WLFI) - Frontier's girls basketball team kept its undefeated season rolling with a 38-25 win over Delphi in the title game of the White County Tournament.

Frontier's Jenna Sullivan led all scorers with 8 points. She injured her right wrist in the game but returned to the game in the fourth quarter. Frontier's Corin Runk added five points in the win.

Frontier played without Kattie Lee, who is sitting out with an ankle injury. She is expected to miss the next two weeks and possibly more time due to the injury.

The Lady Falcons improve to 16-0 and return to action on January 15 against Twin Lakes.

Delphi's boys basketball team rolled over Tri-County 77-32 in the title game of the White County Tournament.

Delphi's Cole Murray led all scorers with 32 points. Delphi's Erik Carpenter added 16 points. Delphi made 15 three-pointers in the win. The Oracles win their fourth straight White County title.

Delphi improves to 10-2 on the season and returns to action on January 19 at Lewis Cass.
