FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WLFI) - Courtney Moses scored 19 points and Drey Mingo posted a double-double to lead No. 15 Purdue to a 69-54 win against IPFW on Thursday night.

“We shared the basketball and finished the game with four players in double figures. There are certain times when we realize we need to go down low or set up a shooter,” said Purdue head coach Sharon Versyp. “Courtney [Moses] was 3-5 from three-point range and Drey [Mingo] was doing a good job and that’s what we do."

Moses shot 6 of 8 from the field. Mingo scored 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.

“We just attacked the basket a lot tonight, especially in the first half we got the ball into the post and they started double and triple teaming and that opened things up for the guards and we were able to knock down some shots,” said junior guard Courtney Moses.

KK Houser had 10 points and six assists, and Taylor Manuel came off the bench and scored 12 points, shooting 5 of 6 from the field.

Purdue was up 31-24 at halftime and led the entire game. The largest lead was 25 points with 2:56 remaining in the second half. The Boilermakers (8-1) shot 52 percent from the field for the game, while IPFW shot 31 percent.

IPFW's Amanda Hyde had five rebounds, five steals and five assists to go along with 26 points. In her last three games, Hyde has scored 93 points. Teammate and former Benton Central Bison Hillary Moore also had five rebounds for the Mastodons.
