WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Former Purdue quarterback and this year's Super Bowl M.V.P Drew Brees is working on a memoir.
The book, titled Coming Back Stronger: Unleashing the Hidden Power of Adversity is set to to hit shelves in July.
According to a news release, the autobiography will focus on Brees' comebacks from injury and adversity during his NFL career, and how his resurgence mirrors that of the New Orleans Saints and the city of New Orleans.
A portion of the proceeds from the book sales will go to support the Brees Dream Foundation.
Author Chris Fabry will work with Brees on writing the book. It will be published by Tyndale House Publishers, the same company that printed former Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy's best-selling memoir in 2007.
