WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - The Purdue men’s basketball team will face Villanova at Madison Square Garden on Thursday, Nov. 15, in the semifinals of the 2K Sports Classic benefiting Wounded Warrior Project, ESPN announced Thursday.
The Boilermakers will play either Alabama or Oregon State at MSG on Saturday, Nov. 16, depending on the results of the semifinal games.
Purdue has tangled with Villanova just once on the hardwood, dropping a 67-50 decision to the Wildcats on Dec. 9, 1995, in Anaheim, Calif. The Boilers are 81-52 all-time against teams that currently comprise the Big East.

Purdue men’s basketball season tickets are currently on sale through the Purdue Athletic Ticket Office, located on the concourse level of the east side of Mackey Arena.
