WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Central Catholic golfer Mason Sandy was the top vote-getter in the online contest for Martin's Moments Play of the Year for the 2011-2012.
The Knights senior honor was a Top 11 nominee thanks to a spectacular chip shot that Sandy holed during Central Catholic's sectional competition at Battle Ground Golf Club on June 1. The chip shot aided in Sandy qualifying for regionals.
