Purdue women lose to Georgetown

West Lafayette, Ind. - The 23 ranked Boilermakers hosted the Georgetown Hoyas Sunday night on Keady court. Purdue was playing their third game in three days and managed just 14 second half points in their 55-39 loss against the Hoyas.

Samantha Woods led the Boilermakers in scoring with 16 points and was the only starter to finish with double digits. Purdue managed just 11 assists to 27 turnovers.

The Boilermakers return to action Friday, Nov. 27, when they travel to California to take on UC Riverside. The game is scheduled for 10 p.m. ET.
