MADISON, Wisc. (WLFI) - KK Houser scored 20 points to lead a second-half comeback as 18th-ranked Purdue women's basketball defeated Wisconsin 58-48 Thursday night at the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisc.
The Boilermakers trailed 28-20 at halftime but rallied in the second half to bounce back after suffering consecutive losses to Penn State and Michigan.
Houser, who was held scoreless in the Boilermakers' loss to Michigan last Sunday at Mackey Arena, connected on five 3-point field goals.
Drey Mingo added 12 points and eight rebounds for the victorious Boilermakers.
Purdue is now 8-3 in Big Ten play and 19-5 overall and will host Iowa Sunday at 5 p.m. at Mackey Arena.
