TORONTO, Ontario (WLFI) - George Hill connected on a shot with two seconds remaining to lift the Indiana Pacers to a 90-88 victory over the Toronto Raptors in the Pacers regular season opener Wednesday night at Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
David West led the Pacers with 25 points, 14 of his points coming in the fourth quarter. Paul George added 14 points and 15 rebounds while All-Star center Roy Hibbert chipped in with 14 points, nine rebounds, and five blocked shots.
The Pacers return to action Friday evening when they visit the Charlotte Bobcats. The Pacers home opener is Saturday evening against the Sacramento Kings at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
