MILWAUKEE, Wisc. (WLFI) - Former Purdue Boilermaker and Harrison Raider Josh Lindblom added to his hot start in 2012, as the Los Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher threw two innings of scoreless relief in the Dodgers game Wednesday night in Milwaukee against the Brewers.
Lindblom, a right-handed relief pitcher for the Dodgers, pitched the seventh and eighth inning for the Dodgers, allowing just one hit and striking out two batters. Lindblom threw 24 pitches, 18 of which were strikes.
Lindblom has now thrown 8 2/3 innings of relief this season and has yet to allow an earned run.
The Dodgers lost the game Wednesday night to the Brewers in 10 innings by a final of 3-2.
