Hope says Marve might play
Hope won't rule out Marve, Bolden

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFi) - Purdue Head Football Coach Danny Hope said during his weekly press conference Tuesday that we wouldn't rule out the possibility of quarterback Robert Marve and running back Ralph Bolden playing Saturday in the Boilermakers Big Ten opener against Michigan.
"Robert Marve would be ready physically," Hope said. "We are going to have to figure out what his role could be going into the ball game."
Marve has been sidelined since suffering a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during the Boilers game at Notre Dame September 8.
"He (Marve) hasn't had a whole lot of snaps since since he was injured," Hope added. "We think he can get the job done and he is going to get a lot more reps in practice this week."
Bolden hasn't played suffering suffering a severe knee injury during the Boilermakers' Old Oaken Bucket victory over Indiana in November 2011.
Purdue hosts Michigan Saturday at four pm at Ross-Ade Stadium.
