Harrison, Twin Lakes win wrestling sectionals
Raiders crown five sectional champions

LAFAYETTE and MONTICELLO, Ind. (WLFI) - Harrison wrestling crowned five sectional champions in winning the Lafayette Jeff Sectional in high school wrestling at the Crawley Center.
The Raiders finished with 218.5 points, followed by second-place West Lafayette with 200.5 points. Delphi finished third with 191 points and Lafayette Jeff was fourth with 161 points.
The Raiders five sectional winners were Daniel Davis (106 pounds), Kevin Bayley (126), Jack Roetker (138), Connor Armuth (152), and Seth Meyer (220).
At the Twin Lakes Sectional, the host Indians won convincingly, scoring 229 points and outdistancing second-place Lewis Cass by 51.5 points. The Kings ended with 178.5 points while North White finished third with 178 points.
The Indians had four sectional title winners. Taking home first-place prizes for Twin Lakes were Blake Denton (126), Iziah Metcalf (132), Sam Thomas (152), and Kevin Winkle (195).
The top four finishers in each weight class advance to next Saturday's regionals, which will take place in Logansport.
