Recount commission selected
Three members will recount District 26 ballots

LAFAYETTE - The commission members are Secretary of State Todd Rokita, Democrat John Fernandez and Republican Gordon Durnil
The commission appointed Brad Skolnik to act as Director.
Rokita's Communications Director, Jim Gavin said the committee will meet to set a date on when it will recount ballots.
That meeting will also determine where the votes will be counted.
Gavin said the State Board of Accounts will conduct the tallying of votes.
He said the re-count will be conducted in Warren and Tippecanoe Counties.
District 26 Representative Randy Truitt has until Tuesday, November 25th to challenge Democrat John Polles's petition for the recount.
