Rose Brady, the White County EMA, said the water levels in Buffalo are as bad as last years, and possibly worse.

If more water comes through from Winnemac, water levels may go up again.

There is nothing White County can do, being underwater already. At 9:30 a.m. on March 13, the reading at Oakdale Dam was  18,361 cubic feet per second, and the reading at the Norway Dam was 16,980 cubic feet per second.

White County is out of a flood emergency but still in a flood warning. It will remain in a flood warning until water levels fall below 13k.

Pulaski County has also announced that it is under a flooding emergency .
