Woman sent to hospital after crash

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - A four vehicle crash in Montgomery County sends one woman to the hospital.

The crash happened just before 5:00 Wednesday evening.

Officials for the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department said the crash happened on U.S. 136 just outside of Crawfordsville.

The Sheriff's Department said a vehicle that slowed down to turn into a farmer's market was rear-ended, creating a chain reaction with two other vehicles.

One of the drivers was transported to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis with unknown injuries. The Sheriff's Department isn't releasing anymore information about the driver's identity until her family can be notified.
