CASS COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - A Cass County woman is suing Cass Area Transit and a mini-bus driver, claiming his erratic driving last May caused her to break her arm.

According to a lawsuit file in Cass County Superior Court Two, Carolyn Marie Moore claims the bus driver made a sudden stop that caused her to fall to the floor of the bus.

Court documents say the driver sped up again, causing Moore to fall backwards and hit her arm on the handle of her walker, breaking her right arm in the process.

Moore is requesting damages for her injuries, pain and suffering, and would like a jury to decide the matter.
