WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A Purdue professor recently made a turn as a Jeopardy! contestant.
Dr. Susie Swithers, a professor of psychological sciences, traveled to Los Angeles last October to compete on the legendary game show.
She says she wasn't too nervous, except at the possibility of becoming "Youtube famous."
"I didn't really have a lot of time to get nervous. A lot of it comes down to what categories come up and you don't know that until they're there," said Swithers.
"I wouldn't say I was particularly nervous about it. I was just excited. Mostly, I was nervous that I didn't have a Youtube moment," Swithers said.
To watch Susie compete, tune in to Jeopardy tonight at 7:30 on WLFI.
