WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - West Lafayette city council voted unanimously to ban selling K2 or Spice and certain other intoxicating substances within the city limits.
West Lafayette joins Lafayette and Tippecanoe County making it illegal to sell, give or possess any herbal based substance sold under certain names or containing substances that have similar effects to THC or marijuana.
