TIPPECANOE COUNTY, ind. (WLFI) - A three-car pile-up on US 52 forces drivers to find an alternative route Tuesday evening.

Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Deputies said the crash happened around 6-15 p.m on the 52 bridge. One person was sent to the hospital with minor injuries.

Drivers in the eastbound lanes were directed by West Lafayette police to Happy Hollow Road. It took crews about an hour to clear the scene and traffic was back to normal by 7:15 p.m.
