Three-car crash in Lafayette sends 2 to hospital

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Two people were taken to the hospital for minor injuries after a minivan ran a red light and collided with the car they were in. 

According to Lafayette Police, the minivan was traveling east on South Street and collided with a sedan waiting to turn left onto 26 from Creasy Lane. 

The sedan was then hit by a third car. 

The two people in the sedan were taken to IU Health Arnett Hospital after complaining of pain. Those injuries are believed to be non life-threatening.
