WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - It's the biggest game of the season at Mackey Arena: Purdue vs. arch-rival Indiana. The Boilermakers will take on the Hoosiers at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

IU is currently ranked No. 3 in the Associated Press Top 25 and USA Today Coaches Poll. Pulling off an upset would be huge for Purdue. "The Paint Crew" hopes to lead the team to victory by supporting the team every minute along the way.

The game is sold out so you can expect Mackey Arena to be loud with the sounds of cheers and chants, with members of Purdue's student section decked out in their best gold and black gear.

"The Paint Crew" also needs your help. They are competing to win the title of the "2013 Naismith Student Section of the Year." Voting is underway through Facebook . The school who wins the most votes will receive a $10,000 donation toward its general scholarship fund, as well as bragging rights.

The Purdue women's basketball team also squares off against Indiana this week. They will play the Hoosiers at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. At last check, tickets for that game were still available.
