WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - A recent survey of Purdue faculty members finds the best and worst aspects of working for the University.
The survey was conducted by the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education or COACHE at Harvard University.
According to the survey, faculty members think the two best parts of working at Purdue are the quality of colleagues and the cost of living.
The two worst parts are compensation and geographic location.
The survey also found that faculty members are not happy with the University's leadership.
Acting president Tim Sands discussed moving forward for more satisfaction in a town hall meeting held for faculty members Monday afternoon.
