WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Some West Lafayette residents went hours without water after a main water break.
An American Water representative said the break happened around 1:15 Tuesday afternoon at Leslie Avenue and Leslie Court.
As of 8 Tuesday evening, crews were still on-scene working to repair the break.
Some residents may have had low pressure water or no water at all.
The water company could not tell News 18 how many homes have been affected.
When water pressure seems back to normal, American Water recommends running cold tap water for about ten minutes.
