GREATER LAFAYETTE AREA, Ind. (WLFI) - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says Old State Road 25 (Old SR 25) will close this Monday at the earliest for a project.
INDOT says Old SR 25 will close on or after Monday for an asphalt resurface and small structure replacement project between Lafayette and Delphi.
With this project, INDOT says there are several small structures to be replaced, so there will be several closures during the construction season.
The first closure will be between County Road 800 North and County Road 1000 East.
The scheduled open date for this section is April 8.
The detour follows Old S.R. 25 north to C.R. 1000 E to C.R. 800 N. and then back to Old S.R. 25. Traffic traveling in the opposite direction will use the same detour in reverse.
