LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Logan's Roadhouse in Lafayette is helping dreams come true.

Thursday night was the 5th Annual Make-a-Wish fundraiser at the restaurant.

The servers gave 100 percent of their tips to send a 5-year-old Indiana boy named Carter to Disney World.

Logan's Roadhouse Manager Wilma Scott says this event usually raises up to $1,500 dollars.

Scott said that next year she would like to challenge other area restaurants to see who can raise more money.

Those who didn't make it out last night but would still like to make a donation can donate all week long at Logan's Roadhouse.

Carter was unable to make it to the dinner.

He is recovering from surgery and is quarantined for three months.

Everyone here at News Channel 18 wishes him a speedy recovery and a wonderful trip to Disney World.
