Rain and scattered storms on the way

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - The area is in for rain and scattered severe storms throughout the evening, according to Chief Meteorologist Chad Evans.

The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Tippecanoe, Montgomery, Warren, Fountain, and other local counties this afternoon.
