Railroad repairs shut down White County road

BROOKSTON, Ind. (WLFI) - A state road will close this week for repairs to the railroad crossing in the area.

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says State Road 18 will close between South Railroad Street and South South Street in Brookston.

The closure begins Monday and will last through Wednesday.

Crews will be repairing the railroad crossing nearby.
