Police investigate bank robbery

Police look for a man who robbed a Frankfort bank

FRANKFORT, Ind. (WLFI) - Police continue to search for a man who robbed a Frankfort bank earlier today. According to Frankfort Police, a robbery took place at 9:00 a.m. at the Lafayette Bank and Trust in Frankfort.

Frankfort Police said a male suspect entered wearing a ski mask and armed with a handgun and left with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was hurt, and witnesses said he left driving a red pickup truck.

Multiple law enforcement agencies have been on the scene.
