DELPHI, Ind. (WLFI) - The Delphi City Police Department has concluded its investigation into an alleged incident of sexual hazing at Delphi High School, but no information is being released.

"The investigation took a little longer than expected because of the number of witnesses, and we wanted to make sure the case was throughly (sic) investigated and properly preapred. All witnesses and the Delphi Community School Corporation were cooperative in the investigation, which made the investigation run more smoothly," stated Chief of Police John Chapman in the press release.

Police said their report on the incident had been submitted to the Carroll County Prosecutor's Office and Probation Office for review, which is normal procedure in cases involving juveniles.

Because the case does involve juveniles, police said no further information will be released at this time. Police said their part of the investigation is complete.
