TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - Twice a year, food inspectors get to surprise restaurants with an all-access pass inside the kitchen. Thursday night, in part three of 'Dirty Restaurants', you'll get to go with them.

While our cameras tagged along, the food inspector found several violations, including one critical. With thousands of laws on the books to keep diners safe, perfection is an almost impossible standard.

But the restaurant owner wouldn't have it any other way.

"Would I lessen the standard, or would ask the standard to be lessened?" he said. "I would never agree to it."

Tune in to NewsChannel 18 at 6 and 11 to see what the inspector finds.
