One man shot at Nick's Nightclub

One man stable after shooting late Saturday

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - 22 year-old Antwain D. Harrison is in stable condition after being shot in the neck at Nick's Nightclub in West Lafayette.

According to West Lafayette Police Lt. Troy Harris, West Lafayette Police were called to Nick's Nightclub at 1:47 A.M. Sunday to respond to calls of an active fight inside the club.

Harris said West Lafayette Police heard shots fired after arriving on the scene. Police then discovered 22-year-old Antwain D. Harrison of Indianapolis, with a gun shot wound to the neck. Harrison was than transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital East. From there Harrison was taken to
Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, where he is listed in critical condition.

Harris could not confirm or deny if the shooting was gang-related, and said police are still looking for any information about the shooting. Witnesses said a red a mid-90s Camaro had left scene with the shooting suspect inside.

Police are following leads and have urged any one with information to call Lt. Troy Harris of the West Lafayette Police Department at 765-775-5200.
