FOUNTAIN COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - There will not be a recount for a tight state representative race in Warren and Fountain counties.
Just days after the election, in the District 42 State Representative race, Republican Alan Morrison was beating Democrat Mark Spelbring by 110 votes.
Spelbring said the provisional ballots are now in and made a very small difference. He said he still lost to Morrison by more than 100 votes and will not be filing for a recount.
