WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - After two months of renovations, a daycare center is ready to take your kids off your hands for a little while.

Dayspring Daycare and Preschool is located inside of Whitehorse Christian Center on Morehouse Road in West Lafayette. The center will offer full and part-time daycare for children ages infant through pre-kindergarten.

It will also offer before and after school care for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Sunday, members of the community were invited to visit the daycare and meet the staff.

Whitehorse Christian Center pastor Gary Osborne said if you missed the open house on Sunday, you are welcome to stop by at any time for a tour.

"You can come by any time the facility is open," said Osborne. "You can come by, walk through the building. We may be doing some work, and there may be children in, but we will be here and we will glad to take you in and show you the rooms."

Daycare hours will be from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Full-time daycare, five days a week costs $128 per week. Part-time day care costs $14 a day for a half day, or $28 dollars a day for a full day.
