PINE VILLAGE, Ind. (WLFI) - Multiple fire departments were called to a large barn fire Friday around 7:00 a.m. in Warren County.
According to dispatchers, the fire broke out in a pole barn near Pine Village along County Road 6571 East and 1100 North.
A neighbor told NewsChannel 18 they got a loud wake-up call when they heard all the fireworks go off inside the barn just before 7:00 a.m.
The neighbor told NewsChannel 18 the owner of the barn puts on a big 4th of July fireworks show and was storing all the fireworks in that barn.
There were no immediate reports of injuries. Thick black smoke could be seen for miles.
