TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - More interstate entrance and exit ramps are about to become unusable.

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says the I-65 southbound exit ramp to State Road 25 and the northbound ramp on to I-65 from 25 will close on or after Wednesday.

Crews will be reconstructing the ramps.

The closures should last for about 20 days, and are slated to open again Oct. 15.

The closures are all part of a $26.7-million road project to improve State Road 25 from I-65 to one-tenth of a mile east of County Road 750 East.

The entire road project is expected to be complete in late October.

For more information on INDOT, head to its website .
