MONON, Ind. (WLFI) - White County Sheriff Pat Shafer said multiple crews have been called out to a fire at Rockland Flooring located at 8089 N. 200 West in Monon Thursday morning.
Officials from Monon Volunteer Fire Department said the fire was caused by a drill press that sparked duct work in the building.
Officials say the fire then spread to another part of the building but only caused minimal damage. Officials from Monon said the fire was controlled within an hour.
Buffalo Liberty Township Volunteer Fire Department, Monticello Fire Department, Monon Volunteer Fire Department, and Honey Creek Township Volunteer Fire Department in Reynolds all responded to the fire.
