Man picking up child from school, arrested

MICHIGANTOWN, Ind. (WLFI) - A Clinton County man was arrested on public intoxication charges while picking his child up from school.
Johnny Ashley was also arrested at Clinton Central Elementary on operating while intoxicated and possession charges.
According to the Clinton Central Superintendent, Ashley entered the school to pick up his child and an administration noticed unusual behavior from him.
They immediately contacted the Sheriff's office who took Ashley into custody.
He's set to appear in court May 16.
