Police: vehicle ran red light, hit other car

A Lafayette man, 18-year-old Todd Raymond, was taken to the hospital after the car he was riding in was hit by a vehicle that police said ran a red light.
West Lafayette police say the wreck happened at 1:00 p.m. this afternoon at the intersection of Yeager Road and Sagamore Parkway.
Sergeant Matt Coddington said 37-year-old Kimberly Honaker of West Lafayette ran through a red light and hit the car Raymond was riding in broadside.
Raymond is at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Honaker was ticketed for disregarding a traffic signal.
