Fairytale wedding held on Halloween

WARREN COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - Halloween provided the perfect opportunity for a wedding fit for royalty.

A fairytale ceremony took place in Warren County between James & Christina Carlson.

The couple, dressed as Cinderalla and Prince Charming, said their I do's in front of around 50 guests, each of whom was dressed as their favorite fairytale character.

"It all fell together. We were talking about getting married and our friend Dave was in town, and he said he could do it. Then we were like 'When are we gonna do it?' 'O.K., Halloween, so let's do a fairytale.' And it's actually been a fairytale, a dream come true.

Merita Emery, a friend of the bride, said she enjoyed the theme.

"We decided since it's her wedding day everthing had to be pricess style and fairytale style. So that's why we chose to come in costume, to honor her wedding day and make her look good. Which, she looked beautiful out there," said Emery.

The couple will live happily ever after, with a little one on the way in just a few weeks.
