Winds knock semi on side on I-65

FRANKFORT, Ind. (WLFI) - Winds have blown a semi on its side on I-65.

The vehicle is in the northbound lanes of the interstate, near mile marker 158, west of Frankfort.

I-65 is down to one northbound lane near the downed semi, and traffic is proceeding slowly.
