Driver crashes company truck in White Co

BROOKSTON, Ind. (WLFI) - A suspected drunk driver is in fair condition after he crashed a company truck in White County.

Indiana State Police Trooper John Eades says the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday night on County Road 150 West, near Brookston.

He says Don Chamberlain,35, of Chalmers, lost control of the Crop Production Services truck he was driving.
He then left the road, rolled the truck and was ejected 40 feet from the vehicle.
Chamberlain was not wearing a seatbelt, and police believe he was ejected out the driver side window.

Chamberlain was taken to Home Hospital in Lafayette.
Eades says Chamberlain's Blood Alcohol Content registered at point 16.
Formal charges are expected to be filed against Chamberlain later this week.
