Lafayette Police Department looking for civilians for academy

LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - The city is gearing up to host its first Civilian Police Academy of 2013.

The Lafayette Police Department will host the academy starting Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 6:30 p.m., running for 8 weeks. It will conclude Wednesday, March 6.

If you are interested, fill out and submit an application no later than Friday, Jan. 4.

You can apply electronically at the Lafayette Police Department’s website.
