LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Gasoline from a Lafayette gas station may still be causing problems for some drivers.

Representatives from Circle K say they're looking into a few reports of bad gas being sold at the State Road 26 location near Interstate 65.

Circle K Director of Human Resources Mark Novak says crews have taken samples of the gas but all results came back clean.

Novak says more samples are being sent to a lab for further testing.

In the meantime, Novak says Circle K has stopped selling gasoline as a precaution.

All gasoline is being removed from tanks and new gasoline will be delivered.

Novak says he's not sure how long before pumps will be up and running again.

If you think you may have purchased tainted gas, Novak says all claims are being processed in the Circle K store on State Road 26.
