LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WLFI) - Indiana University Health Arnett is going to be offering free dietary advice right inside your local grocery store.
For National Nutrition Month, free tours of local groceries will be held to help give nutrition advice.
Topics such as how to keep produce fresh, which cuts of meat to purchase and which cheese is lower in fat than others will all be covered.
This month's first tour will be tomorrow morning at the Meijer at 4901 State Road 26 East in Lafayette at 11 a.m. and will last one hour.
The tour is free but you will need to RSVP as space is limited.
